Skarp, IF was one of 10 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Fløya Vinterserie 2019. They participated with four teams in Gutter 11 år (født 2009), Gutter 13år (født 2007) and Gutter 14 år (født 2006) respectively. Two teams played until in Gruppespill; Gutter 13år (født 2007) won over Tromsø IL 08 Bjerkaker/Fagereng by 5-2 but Gutter 11 år (født 2009) lost against Fløya, IF G09-2 Hvit by 3-14.

In addition to this, Skarp, IF have participated in Fløya Vinterserie before. During Fløya Vinterserie 2018, Skarp, had three teams playing in Gutter 13 (født 2006), Gutter 14 (født 2005) and Jenter 13 (født 2006) respectively. The team in Gutter 14 (født 2005) made it to the the in Gruppespill, but lost it against Tromsø IL Gyl/Fag 2 by 1-6.

Skarp, originates from Tromsø, which is the same city as where Fløya Vinterserie takes place. The area around TROMSØ does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Fløya Vinterserie 2019 (Blåmann, IL, Reinen Idrettslag, Tromsø IL, Fløya, IF, Krokelvdalen Idrettslag, TUIL Tromsdalen Fotball, Kvaløya SK, Hamna Idrettslag and Ulfstind, IL).
